1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or embedding our static utilities and widgets from ilovewidgets.com (“the Site,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our widgets.
2. License to Use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our widgets and embed their static HTML frames inside personal or professional workspace pages (such as Notion):
- Free Tier: Grants you standard access to embed our 14 free static widgets for personal use.
- Premium Pack License: Purchased via Polar.sh for a one-time pack fee. This grants a lifetime, single-user license to configure, embed, and style our Pro counterparts with unlimited themes in personal or business workspaces.
- Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, re-license, clone, or package our widget code to sell as standalone applications or templates without our explicit permission.
3. Account & Authentication
Pro memberships are verified securely using Google OAuth 2.0. By signing in with Google, you grant us permission to verify your email address against our Polar.sh payment records to grant Pro access across devices.
4. Billing & Refunds
All premium license purchases are handled strictly through our payment merchant Polar.sh. Licensing and refund options are bound by Polar.sh's terms. Because Pro licensing gives instant access to custom builders, refunds are generally evaluated on a case-by-case basis through support.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ilovewidgets, its founders, or contributors be held liable for any data loss, workflow disruption, database crash, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to load our embedded widgets inside Notion.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the “Last Updated” timestamp will be modified.
